These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Genie Works website and services. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. General Agreement
By engaging with our digital marketing, branding, or web design services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms.
2. Payments
All projects require either full payment or a project deposit before work begins. No project will commence without payment confirmation.
3. Unresponsive Clients
If a client remains unresponsive for more than 30 days, The Genie Works reserves the right to charge the remaining project balance using the payment method on record.
4. Refund Policy (Strict 24-Hour Window)
Refunds are allowed within 24 hours of payment if:
– The project has not started.
– The client provides a valid reason such as accidental payment or wrong package selection.
Refunds are not applicable once:
– Work or design concepts have been shared.
– The project enters the design, strategy, or revision phase.
5. Discounts
Discounts or promotional offers apply only to clients who pay in full, maintain consistent communication, and approve work on time.
6. File Ownership
Once a project is completed and paid in full, the final approved deliverables become the client’s property. All preliminary drafts, design variations, and unused concepts remain the exclusive property of The Genie Works.
7. Inactive or On-Hold Projects
Projects inactive for over 3 months will be automatically archived. To reactivate, a reactivation fee may apply depending on project complexity and time elapsed.
8. Subscriptions & Renewals
Clients enrolled in monthly or yearly marketing plans will be billed automatically unless canceled. Cancellation requests must be made at least 15 days before the renewal date.
9. Working Hours & Response Time
Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+5). Requests received after 3:00 PM will be addressed the following working day.
10. Copyrights & Intellectual Property
All designs, strategies, and creative content developed by The Genie Works are custom and original. Clients must have legal rights to materials they provide. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless an NDA is signed. If full payment is not made, all rights revert to The Genie Works.
11. Revisions
Revisions are provided as per the package details. Major design changes beyond the package limit will incur additional charges.
12. Violation of Terms
If a client violates any terms, engages in non-professional behavior, or attempts chargebacks after project completion, The Genie Works reserves the right to suspend services and take legal action.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Genie Works shall not be liable for delays caused by client-side communication gaps, losses resulting from misuse of deliverables, or external platform failures. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
